After submitting your application, the Talent Acquisition team will then evaluate and schedule you for a Zoom interview should you qualify to any of our open posts. Otherwise, you’ll be informed that your application will no longer be further processed but they’ll still keep your profile for any future potential offers that best suit your skills and qualifications. Feedbacks are usually given after 1-3 business days.
This is the last step before getting your hands into that job offer! Once you pass the Final Interview, we will require you to arrange reference calls with your previous supervisors or seniors to assess how well you did on your previous stints. If you’re fresh from college, we’ll ask for the assessments or recommendations of your professors or internship seniors. This step usually takes 2-3 business days as we rely on the availability of your references.
A copy of your updated NBI will also be required. If you don’t have one yet, we will instruct you to send us a screenshot of your NBI appointment.
Everything should be good by this step. On this day, you will be introduced to different teams who are excited to meet you & give you the support you need.
You will also be handed over onto the capable hands of your trainer/s to get you equipped for your role. We’re rooting for you!

In this step, we will present your overall compensation & benefits, pre-employment requirements and other steps to get you equipped for Onboarding.

Once offer is accepted, we make sure to stay in touch for additional steps prior your Onboarding. Communications will be sent for equipment delivery, contract signing & submission of requirements.
Just a few more steps before getting hired! in this step, we’ll invite our hiring managers from Ops to go into greater details in discovering your skills, capabilities, experience level, and aptitude for the role. More often than not, there will be 2 of them who’ll do the process or there might only be 1 and if you get really lucky, there could be 5 of them! No kidding! It really depends with the role you’re applying for and the specifications of tasks you’ll do.
Heads up! We rely on the availability of the hiring managers for this step. It might take a day or two but we’ll be sure to let you know of the sched once we have it.
Once you pass the interviews, you will be booked for the abovementioned assessments to check your cognition for the role. You will need a laptop/PC, a headset/speaker and a stable internet connection for this step.
There might also be additional exams such as Paraplanning Exam or situational exams depending on the post you’ve applied for.
At this stage, we’d like to know you better and understand how well you would fit in our culture so we can ensure your success. We use a combination of our Topgrading behavioral and culture-based interviews to gauge your attributes and potential and how we can maximize them.
You need to install the app & have a stable internet connection for this step. Your interviews will be on Zoom (due to the pandemic) so a casual (T-Shirt) attire will do & kindly maintain a steady composure.
During the process you will be asked a series of standardized questions about your past experiences, educational background, accomplishments, etc. You get the gist of this.
