Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer who loves to meet people from all walks of life. An ambivert who can work with minimum supervision in a culture-led organization.

You will be sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, planning interviews and selection procedures, participating in career events and creating new partnerships with universities. You will be the “face” of VBP.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Promoting a strong employer brand
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs
  • Ensure efficiency on recruitment process
  • Full cycle recruitment & selection process using the Topgrading methodology
  • Sources and attracts candidates through talent databank, social media, field recruitment and school partnerships
  • Takes direction from Head of People and Culture on recruitment needs
  • Conduct screening methods prior to candidate endorsement including initial phone interview, face to face interviews, and administration of testing materials
  • Creative and proactive
  • Ability to work in a fast paced KPO environment
  • Schedule background checks

What you need to bring to the table:

  •  At least 1 year of experience in recruitment function
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration Management
  • Strong experience in competency-based interviewing
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Willing to be assigned in Cebu
  • Must be available to start as soon as possible
