Job Description

We’re building a company here in Cebu that positively impacts the lives of the people we interact with. We are expanding our management team to support our growth and plans for 2018. This position has an important role in working with and supporting team members to flourish and become the best they can be.

The role of the Client Service Manager (CSM) is to coach and support a team of between 8 to 15 Financial Planning Assistants. As the team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team so each individual is able to achieve their goal.

We are looking for an experienced team leader (CSM) to manage a team and provide effective guidance and create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Together with our clients you will manage workloads and deadlines
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching and up skilling your team members with the support of client training and the assistance of the Learning & Development Manager
  • Assisting the Learning & Development Manager with training for new hires
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking
  • Suggest and organize team building activities
  • Monitor performance of team members and generate productivity reports
  • Quality check your team members work
  • Oversee your team members documenting processes and instructions for all the tasks they do for their clients
  • Identify ways to help clients improve their processes and task instructions
  • Assisting the Senior Team Lead during on boarding of new clients

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • An awesome work ethic and attitude
  • Must pass the recruitment process
  • Have business related certificate, degree or further education (preferred)
  • Basic to intermediate MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Can work as soon as possible
