Job Description

We are looking for vivacious, composed and customer centered individuals to join our team. The overall objective as a Bookkeeper is to become indispensable to our clients by providing them with high-quality work by paying close attention to detail, providing a quick turnaround for completion of tasks and being proactive and responsive to client requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Setup client files
    • Add client data to the financial planning software
    • Prepare forms, documents, templates etc. for client meetings
    • Prepare portfolio reports
    • Prepare invoices
    • Bank reconciliation
    • Accounts Receivable and Payables management/monitoring
    • Back end support for an Australian Accounting Firm in a day to day basis
    • Update and maintain client database
    • Other Administrative tasks

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any Business related courses
  • Bookkeeping Certificate is an advantage
  • Must have at least 1-year Bookkeeping experience
  • Xero experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
